One-time fees. No escrow. No subscriptions.

Platform fees

Gratify charges separate one-time fees to publish a request, add an image or public contact, verify bid access, and unlock a selected connection. Gratify does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.

No-refund policy

All successfully processed Gratify platform fees are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Cancelling a wish, withdrawing an offer, losing a bid, a counterparty failing to perform, or opening a dispute does not create a refund. Failed or abandoned checkouts do not activate the paid service.

Direct sponsorship

The public offer value is arranged directly between requester and sponsor. Gratify never holds it, releases it, or guarantees either party’s performance. Users must independently verify counterparties and agree exact deliverables, rights, timing, and risk controls.

Disputes and moderation

Administrators may review records, suspend accounts, mark listings or deals disputed/cancelled, and record operational outcomes. This moderation does not make Gratify an escrow agent, arbitrator, guarantor, or refund provider.

Payment provider launch

Dodo Payments is the planned processor for one-time platform fees. Live checkout, signed-webhook, failed-payment, tax, and chargeback behavior must be validated before the site accepts production payments.
