Moderation procedure

1. Report the item with its URL and reason.
2. An administrator preserves the audit trail, limits visibility or suspends accounts, and records the decision.
3. Urgent threats, fraud, child-safety concerns, or illegal content are escalated to appropriate authorities.
4. Appeals may be submitted once with supporting evidence.
